L'invisibile a prima vista.
Dopo aver ritratto Livorno nella sua architettura, umanità e porto, mi dedico ora ad un rapporto più personale con la città raffigurandone elementi colti nei riflessi degli specchi d’acqua.
Paradossalmente, a dispetto delle apparenze, non deformo la realtà. Al contrario: la approfondisco. Attraverso una serie di progressive zoomate o ingrandimenti, attraverso, vado oltre la realtà fotografata, pur rispettandola sostanzialmente perché all'origine c'è sempre il dato di partenza (poco importa se costituito da riflessi speculari o presenze oggettive). Grazie a questi avvicinamenti lenticolari mi ritrovo in un mondo germinale, espanso, primordiale.
È arte spontaneamente generata dalla natura, io cerco di coglierne una bellezza intima e astratta, in queste immagini non è racchiuso un soggetto specifico ritratto nel suo speculare, piuttosto vi è da ricercare una sensazione molto personale che scaturisce dalla deformazione compiuta dall'acqua su elementi della vita di tutti i giorni.
Scopro delle forme, dei colori, delle sfumature e trasparenze, vado oltre l’INVISIBILE A PRIMA VISTA.
Vado oltre, per rendere visibile l’invisibile, in attesa che le immagini latenti si rivelino ancora alla mia fantasia, sotto forma di luci e volumi per tradurle visivamente.
L'acqua diviene la tela sulla quale ciascuno può proiettare ciò che ha dentro di sé.

The invisible at first sight.
After having portrayed Livorno in its architecture, humanity and port, I now dedicate myself to a more personal relationship with the city, depicting elements caught in the reflection of the water mirrors. Paradoxically, despite appearances, I don’t distort reality. On the contrary: I enhance it. Through a series of progressive close-ups or enlargements, I cross and go beyond the reality captured in the photograph, while still respecting its substance; because the origins always give a starting point (it is of little importance whether this is made up of specular reflections or objective presences). Thanks to these close-ups, I find myself in a germinal, expanded, primordial world.
This is art spontaneously generated by nature; I try to grasp an intimate and abstract beauty, indeed, these images do not contain a specific subject portrayed in its mirror image, rather there is a very personal sensation that arises from the deformation created by water on elements of everyday life.I discover shapes, colors, shades and transparencies, I go beyond the invisible at first sight,I go further ..., to make the invisible visible ... waiting for the latent images to reveal themselves again to my immagination, in the form of lights and volumes to translate themselves visually.Water becomes the canvas on which everyone can project what he has inside himself.
