Mi sono fatta ombra per far emergere la luce che vorrei guidasse i nostri passi da ora in avanti. La Luce che emana dalle opere d'arte è la cartina di tornasole per misurare cosa siamo stati, cosa potremmo essere e cosa siamo oggi. In virtù di questo, non posso non pensare a me come ad un'ombra positiva che si contrappone all'ombra dello spreco, della mancanza di cultura, dell'abbandono di persone, sentimenti, territorio e manufatti antichi. Il progetto Tela d’Ombra riflette sulla precarietà e fragilità del mondo che ci ospita e che dovremmo imparare a rispettare, coscienti che le risorse non sono illimitate ed ogni nostra azione non resta senza conseguenze per qualcun altro e, oggi, l'altro siamo noi. Dissipate le ombre, l'unica cosa che rimarrà sulla tela sarà l'eredità positiva che lasceremo alle future generazioni, dove l’illusione cederà il passo ad una nuova, consapevole realtà.

I shaded myself to bring out the light that I would like to guide our steps from now on. The Light that emanates from works of art is the litmus test to measure what we have been, what we could be and what we are today. By virtue of this, I cannot help thinking of myself as a positive shadow that contrasts with the shadow of waste, lack of culture, abandonment of people, feelings, territory and ancient artifacts. The Tela d'Ombra project reflects on the precariousness and fragility of the world that hosts us and that we should learn to respect, aware that the resources are not unlimited and our every action does not remain without consequences for someone else and, today, the other is we. Dissipated the shadows, the only thing that will remain on the canvas will be the positive legacy that we will leave to future generations, where the illusion will give way to a new, conscious reality.
